Overview

This position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing the digital marketing and lead nurturing process for Headspace Media and its clients. As part of the marketing team, this person will be responsible for helping to identify opportunities to move clients’ customers through the buyer’s journey by providing content and marketing touchpoints through digital advertising, social media, landing pages, email drip campaigns, and more. This person will work closely with team members both in and out of the marketing department to provide the best possible customer experience. A strong interest in analytics and data will allow this person to provide insights and recommendations to drive more leads and enhance the overall marketing strategy for Headspace Media and its clients.

Job Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with developing digital marketing campaigns and strategies to grow organic traffic, constantly seeking keyword and content opportunities.
  • Execute digital marketing audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign reviews.
  • Meet deliverable deadlines, while proactively communicating expectations to the rest of the team and client.
  • Create and improve client campaigns through analysis of campaign data.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing best practices, in addition to collaborating with the internal team on which techniques and strategies are working best.
  • Execute continuous improvement of client management and campaign performance standards.
  • Assist with product and content taxonomy and web page tagging to achieve strong SEO
  • Coordinate and assist in maintenance requests for B2C and/or B2B sites
  • Builds strong relationships with peers, other departments, and managers to best meet company goals and objectives

Desired skills:

  • Proficiency in SEO and Marketing tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Majestic, SEMrush, ClickFunnels, GoHighlevel etc.
  • Proficiency in office software such as G Suite.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager and other data-oriented platforms
  • Experience with major ad platforms such as Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite software.
  • Ability to use raw information and data to create digital marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of SEO and major factors that drive long-term success
  • Strong understanding of HTML and WordPress
