Overview
Headspace Media is looking for an organized, experienced, and eager Digital Media Designer who is able to independently direct and manage creative design projects and contract team members. Qualified applicants should have at least 2 years of experience with creative content design for digital marketing purposes. Proficiency in Adobe Suite is necessary and should include skills in static ad creation, 2D and 3D animated/motion graphics, explainer video creation, and video editing. Copywriting and editorial duties will be a major part of this role, so a minimum of 2 years of experience with these duties is required.
Applicant Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
- 2+ years of Creative Content Design experience specifically related to marketing/advertising
- 2+ years of editorial/writing experience
- Proficient in Adobe Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong graphic design skills
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Copywriting for ads, funnel, and website experience
- Passion for learning and teaching
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Write/edit nurturing campaigns
- Establish protocols & workflows for various creative projects
- Maintain quick turnarounds on all client orders by writing & designing when needed
- Build new projects and tasks into Project Management Software
- Create social media plans and content for clients
- Create/edit designs for ad creatives, social media posts, funnels, websites, demo decks, branding guides, logos, etc. in Canva, HighLevel, & Adobe Suite
- Video editing
- Logo and presentation design
- 2D and 3D motion graphic design
- Design & edit 2D+3D explainer videos
- Campaign launch checklist management
- Editing and final approval of all team work-product
- Creative content project management
- Educational content and course building
- Website and funnel design
- Basic UI/UX design best practices
- Team skill development and training
- Interdepartmental communication

- Facebook and Instagram paid ad design + copywriting and best practices
